  • 9oz Flour 00

  • 9oz Sugar

  • 5 Egg

  • 1 packet Vanillin powder

    Natural vanilla extract
    few drops

  • as needed to buttering the pan Butter

  • 1/2 packet Baking powder


To prepare this recipe there are 4 steps.

1. Grease a baking tray with butter on every inner side, make sure to grease the higher edges. The non greased spot could slow down the leavening process. In the mean time turn on the oven on 160 degrees (320 fahrenheit) in static mode. For the size of the baking tray please refer to the notes.
